Job Description
Seeking a Recreation/Recreational Therapist for an ongoing full-time position in Sherborn, MA, working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Provides professional evaluation, planning, and implementation of therapeutic recreation programs to enhance patient functioning and social integration.
Develops personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Supports leisure education, adaptive recreation, and diversionary activities to promote recovery and prevent disability.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in recreation therapy or related field; certification eligibility by CTRS or NCTRC preferred.
Preferred one year of experience.
Must complete background check and pre-employment health screening, including drug testing.
