Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compassionate, tailored patient care and seamless procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between administration, staff, and patients, fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs, monitor staff performance, and build meaningful patient relationships.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS within one year), and recent inpatient hospital experience. Leadership experience preferred.
