Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for an ongoing staff position in Farmington, Missouri.
Responsibilities include assessing and developing care plans for home health patients, ensuring privacy and confidentiality, and communicating patient needs and changes to the team.
Requirements are a current, unrestricted RN license, 1+ year clinical experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel 50%.
Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelorâs degree, home health or hospice experience, and familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase.
