Job Description

Seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, ongoing position in Nogales, AZ, working 40 hours/week on day shifts.

  • Provides assessment, treatment, program planning, and documentation for patients.
  • Performs evaluations, develops individualized care plans, and reassesses patient progress.
  • Utilizes advanced skills in areas like NDT and sensory integration, mentors staff, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, valid AZ license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Must have strong communication, clinical, and technical skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Must be flexible with hours, able to travel, and maintain a valid AZ driver’s license with insurance.
  • Up to $10,000 bonus based on eligibility, with a travel stipend for those traveling over 60 miles one way.
