Job Description

Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to manage a hemodialysis program.

  • Lead and organize the dialysis services, ensuring safety and quality care through policy implementation.
  • Supervise dialysis staff and represent the program within hospital and community settings.
  • Must have current RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS certification within 1 year. Preferred: CRRN certification.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills required.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts.
