Now hiring for a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor position with a salary range of $79,000–$101,000 and benefits starting on Day 1.

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and support staff development.
  • Develop and implement personalized care programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, and patients to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and handle discipline as needed.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within a year), and recent inpatient experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Additional certifications like CRRN are encouraged within the first year.
