Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides direct inpatient care, monitors patient behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, reports findings to the registered nurse, and executes the patient’s care plan under supervision.
Full-time night shift with competitive shift differential; PRN $30/hr.
Qualifications include current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR (BLS), and at least one year of experience.
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 30 pounds and working in a temperature-controlled environment.
Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and independent work skills.
Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, may be required.
