Job Description
We are hiring a Pediatric Private Duty LPN in Signal Mountain to provide home care. Hours are 10a-6:30p, Monday-Friday, with flexible FT/PT options, weekly pay, and a focus on work-life balance.
Provide direct nursing care to acutely or chronically ill pediatric patients in their homes under supervision.
Document visits thoroughly in electronic medical records and coordinate care activities.
Participate in care planning, report patient needs, and communicate with families and healthcare team.
Ensure confidentiality and follow infection control procedures.
Maintain current LPN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Previous home care experience is preferred.
