Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and evaluating patient responses.
Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a patient care plan.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
