Job Description
Full-time night shift RN position in the Observation Unit, Tulsa, OK, working 7pm-7am on 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week).
Provides leadership, staffing coordination, and ensures quality patient care across various specialty areas.
Assigns, educates, and monitors nursing/support staff, plans shifts, assesses patient needs, and manages resources.
Responds to patient care concerns, maintains productivity standards, and participates in hiring and staff development.
Requires RN licensure from Oklahoma and BLS certification within 30 days.
Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
