Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and documents care following regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
The role requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
