Job Description
The Critical Care Float Pool offers RN opportunities across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with additional competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Work in a Level I trauma center, providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, interpret diagnostic tests, and evaluate patient needs.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute care plans, guiding ancillary staff.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, 1-3 years clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication skills.
Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61 annually.
