Job Description
Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Rehabilitation Unit to provide direct patient care and support recovery from surgery, illness, or injury.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal care and coverage.
Respond to emergencies, coordinate patient flow, and enforce policies for compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and patients to develop and implement care plans.
Mentor staff, promote a positive work environment, and utilize advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications include a current RN license, associates or bachelorâs degree, BLS certification within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS within six months. Prefer one year of experience.
