Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises activities of LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure quality care on assigned units and shifts.
Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team, reporting patient concerns and changes promptly.
Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification (preferred).
Utilizes general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Physical requirements involve lifting and repositioning patients and supplies, with reasonable assistance provided.
Skills include communication, critical thinking, time management, and independence.
Works in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment, may work under stress, and adhere to attendance, dress code, and conduct standards.
May work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
