Seeking a Night Shift Nurse Supervisor in West County, MO with a salary range of $83,200-$114,400 based on experience and certifications.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, develop patient care programs, and ensure seamless care delivery.
Act as a liaison between administration, staff, and patients, fostering a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
