Job Description
Provides clinical leadership to enhance compliance with quality and care standards, managing inter-professional teams and delivering advanced nursing care within regulatory guidelines.
Evaluates patient responses, revises care plans, and leads interdisciplinary rounds.
Performs comprehensive assessments, post-discharge visits, and urgent interventions, coordinating with patients, families, and providers.
Ensures documentation accuracy, billing, and adherence to care standards, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
May serve as a preceptor, conduct peer reviews, and support staff education.
For psychiatric roles, conducts psychosocial assessments, provides mental health interventions, and collaborates with psychiatrists.
Requires NY licensure, NP certification, and relevant experience. Bilingual skills preferred.
