Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist unit works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate on care plans, direct ancillary staff, and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or progressive care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
