Per Diem / PRN Nurse RN – Home Health – $30-50 per hour
Job Description
Seeking compassionate RN Home Health nurses for per diem/prn positions in Denton, TX, with up to 36 hours/week and 6-hour shifts.
Responsibilities include following care plans, making home visits, administering medications, wound care, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care, and coordinating case management.
Qualifications include a current RN license, preferred one-year clinical experience, knowledge of OASIS and HCHB EMR, and a valid driverâs license with insurance.
