Position involves day shifts with rotating weekends and call responsibilities.
Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating staff, and managing unit functions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support staff scheduling, and model organizational values.
Requirements include an active RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of healthcare experience; BSN and 3+ years preferred.
