Job Description

Join the Critical Care Float Pool team to gain experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.

  • Work primarily night shifts with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20 or $33.00 – $33.99 hourly.
  • Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans and guide ancillary staff.
  • Qualifications include RN license, 1-3 years of clinical experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Opportunities to develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas are available. The role emphasizes quality improvement, patient safety, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
