The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department provides compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The position offers an hourly range of $36.73-$60.93, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and data security per regulations.
