Job Description
This Night shift Medical/Surgical Hospitalist RN role involves assessing, planning, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute care plans, directs ancillary staff, and ensures compassionate, competent patient care.
Minimum qualifications: RN license, 1-3 years clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, BLS and ACLS certification, effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.26, with an hourly rate of $34.65 to $35.69.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality policies, including HIPAA regulations.
