Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the General Surgery/Trauma-B3 department works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care and supporting colleagues.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and documenting care according to policies and regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency treatment for injuries and illnesses, administers medications, and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary personnel, maintains professional standards, and contributes to a caring environment through kindness and active listening.
The role requires handling sensitive information securely, following privacy regulations, and maintaining confidentiality.
