Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, evaluates responses, and applies sound judgment in care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff, maintains nursing standards, and documents treatments accurately.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
Possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality improvement principles.
