Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents accordingly.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment in care management decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to create patient care plans.
Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional standards.
The role requires adherence to privacy regulations and safeguarding sensitive information.
