Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working day shifts in various ICU settings including Neuro-Surgical Trauma, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Gain diverse critical care skills and competencies in emergency and neuro-progressive care.
Work in a Level I trauma center environment, providing compassionate patient care.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
