Job Description
This Clinical Nurse III role is based in the Elective Orthopedics – B3W unit, a 24-bed post-surgical unit focusing on elective orthopedic and total joint surgeries, as well as trauma and medical-surgical patients.
Provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient needs.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans, guides ancillary staff, and ensures professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of quality improvement principles.
The role involves night shifts, with a salary range of $76,396.32 to $126,730.61, and adherence to confidentiality and privacy policies.
