Join the Critical Care Float Pool team working night shifts in a Level I trauma center, gaining skills across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Earn $68,640 – $70,699.20 annually ($33.00 – $33.99/hour).
Opportunities to develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Provide compassionate patient care, implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and direct ancillary staff.
Qualifications include RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
