Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Labor & Delivery provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses and responds to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment for both primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or bachelorâs degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Position includes weekend and holiday shifts, with a focus on quality improvement and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
