Job Description
The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care, active listening, and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents as per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs, responses to care, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Salary ranges from $33.00/hr to $126,730.61 annually.
