Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, collaborates with the healthcare team, and creates a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents care according to regulations.
Interprets diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and evaluates responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment to manage patient care and provides primary/emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Requires graduation from a nursing program, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must have strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills. The salary range is $76,396.32 – $126,730.61. Equal opportunity employer. The role involves handling sensitive patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
