The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, contributing to patient, family, and team well-being.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care per regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.

Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.

Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
