Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, making sound nursing judgments, providing primary and emergency care, and collaborating on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
This role involves ensuring compliance with privacy and safety regulations and contributing to quality improvement efforts. The position offers a night shift with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
