Job Description
This role as a Medical/Surgical Hospitalist involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments and tests, and documents care following regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
The hourly salary ranges from $34.65 to $35.69. This position requires handling sensitive information securely, following privacy regulations.
