Job Description

The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each employee’s work in achieving the mission.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to create care plans.
  • Directs ancillary personnel and maintains professional standards. This role may involve handling sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies.
