Job Description
The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment by providing primary and emergency care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and tests.
Evaluates and interprets diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment for care management.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Minimum requirements include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement knowledge are essential.
