Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care through active listening and kindness.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care following policies and regulations.
  • Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans, guiding ancillary staff.
  • Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement knowledge are essential.
