Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in care management.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Cross-trains to work on both High Risk Antepartum and Labor & Delivery units, rotating between them.
Ensures compliance with confidentiality policies, protecting sensitive information according to regulations.
