This Clinical Nurse role in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, starting IVs, and documenting care according to policies and regulations.
Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and make sound nursing judgments.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administer medications, and collaborate with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care.
Guide ancillary staff and maintain professional nursing standards.
