Job Description
This clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and document care according to regulations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborate with the nursing team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.
