Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Assesses and interprets diagnostic tests, evaluates patient needs, and applies sound judgment in care decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates on care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Cross-trains between High Risk Antepartum and Labor & Delivery units, routinely working on either.
Maintains a caring environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing the value of each team member’s contribution.
Ensures compliance with privacy regulations, handling sensitive information responsibly.
