Job Description
The clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
This role may require access to sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy policies and regulations.
