The Post Anesthesia Care clinical nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures, and document care according to policies and regulations.
Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and respond accordingly.
Apply sound nursing judgment in patient management, providing primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administer medications, collaborate on care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Require 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The role involves handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
