Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in decision-making.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Has 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must adhere to confidentiality regulations and ensure sensitive information is protected.
