Job Description
The ICU-Surgical and Neuroscience (B2) unit has 30 beds for critically ill adults, split evenly between neuro and surgical patients.
Care includes monitoring, treatments, and procedures for conditions like traumatic brain injury, stroke, sepsis, and multi-organ failure.
Skills required include ICP monitoring, ventilator management, blood transfusions, and invasive procedures such as line placements and drain insertions.
Responsibilities encompass implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing tests, assessing patient needs, and collaborating on care plans.
Qualifications include RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
The role is night shift, with a salary range of $72,072 – $74,229.26.
