Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create care plans.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires graduation from a nursing program, a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role may require access to sensitive Protected Health Information, with strict adherence to confidentiality policies.
