The clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound nursing judgment in managing patient care, providing primary and emergency treatment for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop individualized Care Plans and guides ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
Works in a day shift, earning between $72,072 and $74,229 annually ($34.65-$35 hourly).
Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies regarding sensitive information, ensuring appropriate access and protection of protected health information.
