Job Description

Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team, gaining experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.

  • Contribute to a compassionate environment by providing primary and emergency care, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  • Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate on care plans.
  • Require RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are essential.
    The role may involve handling sensitive information, with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
