Job Description
This Clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care, including implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Requires 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Must adhere to confidentiality and information protection policies.
