Job Description
This role is in the Colorectal Surgery & Urology unit, a 22-bed med-surg unit caring for surgical abdominal, urologic, and general medical patients. New graduates are welcome.
The RN assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care, focusing on discharge progress and transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient needs.
Collaborates with the team to create and follow a comprehensive Plan of Care, guiding ancillary staff and ensuring professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC. Continuing education is encouraged.
The position is full-time, day shift, with a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26.
